The signature Honeycomb Buckle is crafted from a high-durability zinc alloy selected for impact resistance and long-term reliability. It features a reinforced ratchet mechanism built on a spring-loaded internal system, designed to engage smoothly under pressure without sticking, slipping, or loosening.

To lock the strap in place, the buckle uses dual M4 × 7 mm set screws together with a precision-cut gripping channel. This combination forms a highly secure hold that stays locked even under heavy load. A 2 mm Allen key is included for maintenance or tightening when needed.
